Breakfast at the hotel.
The trip will start from the monument of Mother Armenia. Located on one of the hills of Yerevan in Victory Park, from where an spectacular view opens on the city. A small museum of Militery is located under the monument and tomb of the unknown soldier.
Drive trough the Bagramyan avenue, passing Parliament and President’s Palace buildings.
Continuation to Cascade complex, a modern art center of Yerevan, with art pieces displayed throughout the whole area: the boulevard and up the stairs, from top of which you can enjoy the panoramic view on the city and Mountain Ararat. Cascade is home to Cafesjan modern art museum. Walking down from Opera house trough Nord Avenue to Republic Square, the main element of the plan of Yerevan, projected by the architect and urban planner Alexandre Tamanian. In the past the square was named by Lenin. The square is surronded by five pink buildings of tuff such as the government buildings, the central post and the large clock, the small Philharmonic Hall, the National Historic Museum and the National Gallery.
Visit the museum which has a rich collection of Armenian prehistoric objects. In the evening, in front of the museum "Dancing Fountains" show takes place.
Lunch in one of local restaurants.
After drive to Memorial Tsitsernakaberd (translated from Armenian, fortress of swallows) Genocide Memorial, dedicated to the Victims of 1915 and the Genocide Museum.
Finishing the day by the optional tour to the world-famous Yerevan Brandy Factory "Ararat", which keeps the tradition of the legendary cognac production since 1887. In 1 hour the visitors have the opportunity to see brandy manufacturing process, with the Museum of the factory, taste different varieties with different degrees of exposure of cognac, as well as to acquire real Armenian brandy in the store directly at the plant.
Overnight in Yerevan.
Drive to the only remaining pagan temple in Armenia devoted to the God of Sun – Myrth, in Garni, built in 77 AD by King Trdat (Arshakid Dynasty). Treking from the temple to Azat gorge, magnificent and outstanding scene which creates the image of falling crags. It obtained the name "Symphony of Stones" due to its view. The fantastic landscape of the canyon shakes the human imagination.
After, hiking to monastery Havuts Tar dating 12-13th century, located in the Khosrov reserve, on the left bank of the Azat River.

Family hosted lunch in village house with watching of “Lavash” (Armenian traditional flat bread baked in stone-make oven) making process, testing authentic Armenian food, get acquainted with local village life.
After drive to the unique caved temple St. Geghard (12th -13th cc.), the name of which means “holy spear” in the honor of the long-preserved spear, the same spear that pierced the body of crucified Christ. It is now exhibited in the museum of Etchmiadzin Cathedral. Geghard Monastery is included in the UNESCO World Heritage list (2000).

In the morning drive to Ararat valley, visit to Khor Virap Church – the place of imprisonment of St. Gregory the Illuminator, who stayed here in the small dungeon for 13 years without any food, accused by the Armenian King of preaching Christianity. It is one of the holy places for the Christian world. It is also the best point to enjoy the most spectacular view of the gorgeous biblical mountain Ararat shining with its two white peaks. The hills adjoining Khor Virap were the site of the early Armenian capital - ancient Artashat built by King Artashes I, founder of the Artashesid dynasty, around 180 B.C. It is one of the few ancient towns, built by the special design of the famous Carthaginian general Hannibal. After the defeat in a war against Rome, he found shelter in Armenia…
Continuation of the road to Vayots Dzor region, famous for winyards and worldwide famous a 6,100-year-old 5 winery and wine cellar in Areni discoverd by archeologists. Stop at winery, winetasting.
Trekking from old settlement Amaghu through incredibly beautiful scenery till Noravank Monastery.

Drive to Sisian town. Overnight
Breakfast.
Transfert to the village Ltsen from where the trekking will start to tatev monastery. First stop near Shamb reserve. After continuation to trek by forest to Tatev, is one of the unique and beautiful monasteries in Armenia. It is located on the steep of deep gorge surrounded with very strong settings. Built during the 9-13th centuries as an Armenian intellectual center where philosophers, musicians, painters, calligraphers and monks lived. Tatev used to be a religious and political center of Syunik princedom.

Take the Tatever rope way (longest in the word, recorded in the Guinnes record book) to back ride. Drive to Goris, a city with unique architecture surrounded by natural rocks fortress .
Overnight in Goris.
After breakfast hiking in Khndzoresk. Located on the slopes of the mountainous valley it is famous for its ancient caves where people used to live. The newly constructed 160-meter suspended bridge over the Khndzoresk Gorge offers the opportunity to admire the magnificent view overlooking the gorge and its surroundings.

Transfer to to the ancient (7500 years old) observatory in the world, similar to the English Stonehenge , Zorats Karer (or Digdig karer or Qarahunj) .Currently it stands as precisely arranges stones in the field with the holes that were used for astrological observations.
Continuation of the road to Yegheghis valley, a picturesque site with beautiful mountainous landscapes. Overnight in Hermon village.
Breakfast.
Drive to Artabuynk. Trekking to Tsakhats Kar, a beautiful monastery almost ruined over the valley of Yeghéguis. Visit Smbataberd located to the southeast part of Artabuink village, at the top of the mountain with a picturesque view of the village. Defended with the rocks on 3 sides it is one of the inaccessible fortress in this region. Continuation of the trek to the church of Zorats. During recent excavations, several well-preserved medieval structures were discovered there.

Breakfast.
Route by Selim pass (1900-2410 meters), an ancient route, long used for caravans of the merchants. En route stop to visit the Caravanserail built in 1332 by Prince Orbélian.
Arrival in the village Madina , trekking to volcano Armaghan (2810 m), from where a very nice view opens on on Lake Sevan. Enjoying the small lake in the crater and a small basalt church built instead of the ancient chapel.

After road to Noradouz, an exceptional site of medieval tombs, an ancient cemetery with hundreds of khachkars, a representation of the unique Armenian Christian art that has no other equivalent in the whole world.
Drive to the village Tchkalovka. Overnight in Tchkalovka.
Breakfast. Drive to the lake Sevan, one of the greatest high mountainous freshwater lakes of Eurasia.The lake is surounded by mountains which give it an impressive panorama. Drive back to Yerevan. Free evening. Overnight in Yerevan.
